Payment Delay

Hi, I withdraw to my bank account on December 21, but until today, December 27, I have not received my withdrawal, I entered my bank account. And my withdrawal request was approved on December 21 and was completed on December 22 according to the transaction history on the transaction tab on my payoneer web account. What's the solution ?

Hi @AstriFre , if you still have not received the payment to your bank account, please contact our support center directly via email or phone at 1-646-658-3695. A representative will forward a request to the payment team in order to begin investigating the delays you are experiencing with your payment transfer.
