Balance transfer between two cards!

Hi,

Yesterday I got my new card because the old ones will expire next month (01/2019).

After activating the new card, I received a message on my account confirming that the balance in the old card will be transferred to the new ones within two hours, but nothing happens.

Important: The old card was in dollars, the new one is in euros. Can this be the problem?

    Hi @ImadLB It is not really clear because if the old card that expired is a USD so there is no option to receive a EUR one instead, but in addition only. It means that the funds will not be transferred from the USD to the EUR card.

    This is my big problem!

    When I wanted to order a new card I did not find the Dollar in the list of currencies, so I ordered a card in the Euro currency, see the picture:

    Also, I find this message in my account "Your USD Balance has been disabled. Please contact us for further details.", see the picture:

    Now, I can't order a card with the Dollar currency, and the balance can't be transferred from the old card to the new one because the two currencies are different.

    What is the solution in your opinion?

    I have contacted the support team many times, but no one has helped me to solve this problem.

    The old card will expire tomorrow (01/19), and I need to use the new one.

    Please, I need your help!
