New Registration Help

I have had my email back after registration, asking to validate the registration.

 

Whatever I do I get the following message

 

 

We could not find the validation request you are attempting to
verify. This is likely because you have already validated your account,
or an administrator has validated your account for you. Please try to
login with your registration details now.   

 

After that no links, no information or instructions.

 

Now what?

    Your e-mail has already been validated, so you're all set.

    Now that the e-mail is validated, you can begin using the Payoneer forum to post replies, start new topics, and send personal messages.

    My query is about the card application. There has been no moving forward on this. I am still awaiting action from the company to gathert information to issue the card. So far - nothing.

    I sent the PM to you but no reply.

     

    Still nothing from Payoneer despite email messages sent to them.

     

    What is happening please?
