Cad payment and Apprroval

I opened my payoneer account . I submitted my passport and go tit approved,
I was asked to fill the questionnaire although I did it ; still I see submitted button
But the status is stuck on "Submitted" and didn't get approved.

Also second issue is that I still couldn't open a Cad account alt

I will have cad payment from AMAZON in two days.Will I be able to get this amount of Cad if the questionnaire is not approved?

    Hi @SELENGOKHAN You do need to wait for the status to change because it will not. It simply means that you've submitted the information and that it will be reviewed once you receive a payment. If anything else is necessary, our payment approval department will let you know via email or you can simply verify on your online account from the menu "setting" , click on "verified information", there you will be able to see whatever is needed!
