Hi there and thank you for contacting us!

We offer the option to receive payment from companies through the Global Payment Service; the can be used to receive payments from companies located in United-States, Europe, China, Japan, Australia, and canada.

For more information about how to use the Global Payment Service, check out the following blog.

I’m in same situation, i’m already using eur global payment service for my client in Europe, but now i have potential client/company in Australia, will it work to just apply for aud global payment? It confused me because for others global services it say “accept payments from companies” and for aud global service it says “accept payments from Australian marketplace” ?

@Streha, great question. For Australian companies, it would be best to apply for the AUD Global Payment Service, as they'd be able to send payments that way. The only other way for them to send a payment is by using the Request a Payment service, which would allow credit card payments, but that service is not one that is readily available in everyone's account (it's based on eligibility).

    Thanks!
