Where are my funds?

On the 14th of December I received money from my employer and made a withdrawal on the 18th. It's the 8th of January and I'm yet to receive my funds. I called Payoneer Customer Care several times and at first I was told to wait till the 25th of December. After which I was told to submit my private bank statement to clarify that I'm the owner of the account and that my bank details are correct. I did that. Now I'm being told that the bank investigation team is investigating my missing funds and cannot give a time frame for this investigation and resolution. What sort of shit show is this Scott Galit? I want my money back and regret using this horrible platform.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the service we strive to provide, however, we can ensure you that if you've been told that the issue is being handled, then it is. I understand that the waiting time is inconvenient and i would like to apologize about it.
