Bank account for withdrawal is pending

I added my bank account details on 12/20/2018 so that i can withdraw money direct to my local bank account. But it has been showing me following message for last few weeks and i have not received any email from Payoneer at all. i belong to Pakistan and i'm not sure why is this happening and not proceeding.

"Action required We need additional information to approve this account. Check your e-mail.
* Allow up to 3 business days for review."

    Hi @mqaiserbutt The reason can possibly be that the account approval department requests additional information to approve your bank account details. You now have the option to provide whatever is needed from your online Payoneer account. To do so, login to your account, from the menu "setting" located in the main page, choose "Verified information". You will then be able to view the requirements, and to click on the request to submit the necessary information or document.

    In case you do not see any new requirement, you can directly contact the support via email, by phone at 1-646-658-3695, or through or social media platforms by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter.
