A problem with my prepaid card (I'm so worried, please help me)

Hello

I have requested a new prepaid card since 10 days, but the approval is so late.
I'm so worried about the approval, and I really need it!
they told me the approval takes 3 days
I requested it 10 days ago!!
please approve it
the customer care and the support center can't help me
