Withdrawal delayed, Why?

I made a withdrawal request on 07 January 2019, and today is 15 January 2019 and my bank hasnt receive the money from Payoneer. Why does it take so long? On the payoneer details it shows that it was approved on 07 January 2019 but there is no money in my bank account. Why and where is my money stuck? this is the 8th day since I request a withdrawal. Can someone please assist me or should I close my account?

    Hi @Bigmac we are sorry to hear that you did not receive the funds on time to your bank account.
    It can sometimes happen if the bank account details provided upon registration are incorrect, i suggest you contact the support and provide a copy of a bank statement or a voided check and our team will confirm the details for you. If the details are correct and the transfer is simply late, our support will send a request to the department in charge to investigate the delay you are experiencing.

    Hi @Bigmac did you receive the payment? It happened to me, I made a withdrawal request $6.5K USD on 5 Dec 2019, now its 11 Dec and I'm still waiting for the payment, I contacted the support and they asked me that they are investigating. No update since my last discussion (after 72 hours). Its strange.
    Note: the bank details are correct, I'm using the same bank details for the last 1.5 year at Payoneer.

    Hi @fastguru ! Withdrawals typically take 3-5 business days to be received. It is not always instant because since we are not a bank we do not have access to the same resources that banks have, so the process of withdrawing funds is typically done with the help of a local provider in your country. So in this step, sometimes the transfer can take more time than expected.

    As we can see, your transfer still on the timeframe of 5 business days. If you don't receive the transfer after this timeframe, please let us know so we can proceed.
