banking details

Would you please be so kind to assist me. Clickbank transfered some money to my account. ( that is for the first time now) and according to them the money was returned because of faulty banking details. that is 100% my south african banking number that was supplied by them. My account with payoneer was approved . so I do not know what the problem is. do I have to give the card number connected to the account rather or what must I do.
