Cancel or Reopen my account

I have an issue with Amazon regarding payment ..
they paid me in October and you refuse the payment !
from that time they request me to update my bank info , I have updated and nothing works.
Finally, they ask me to register with another bank account , so I want to cancel this account and reopen a new Checking account to receive money.

Hi there @nemy . In this case creating a new account would not help. All of our accounts offer the same kinds of global payment service banks. My suggestion would be to contact our chat or email support so they can review your account, and advise on why the payment was refused. Once we have a more clear understanding of this we can give you the best instructions on how to proceed.

Your live chat is not working.. It always canceled, Amazon needs another bank account info, I have to have another bank info, it has been 4 months I'm contacting you and Amazon and updating my info and until now nothing recieved, As I said.. I have to get another bank card info (reopen) to slove this with Amazon.. They are refusing to send to this account even after updating!!0
