I am new to Payoneer and to this community forum too. On 14th December I received an email that Payoneer had approved my account and I can start receiving funds to my account and that Payoneer Card will be sent within 15 days. To this day, the card has not arrived. My account is still showing pending to my clients who want to transfer funds to it. I have tried the Support Centre but the support system is not helpful. What should I do to get my account out of 'Pending' so that my clients can pay me?

    Hi there,

    I am sorry to hear that you have not received your card. Unfortunately, we do not have control over your country's local mailing service. At this time, I recommend that you order another card and double check that the address you have entered is indeed the correct address. You will be able to order another card by clicking on the 'order card' tab next to the 'settings' tab.

    In regards to the approval of your account, be sure that you are replying to all of Payoneer Supports emails requesting further documentation to verify your account for approval.

    Thank you Will for a swift response to my email. To order another card, according to Payoneer, I need to have minimum $30 in my account,. However, the account is new and still on pending. Is there a way that my account can be activated so that funds can be transferred into the account to allow me to order another card?
