My Pioneer Account still showing Pending

I am new to Payoneer and to this community forum too. On 14th December I received an email that Payoneer had approved my account and I can start receiving funds to my account and that Payoneer Card will be sent within 15 days. To this day, the card has not arrived. My account is still showing pending to my clients who want to transfer funds to it. I have tried the Support Centre but the support system is not helpful. What should I do to get my account out of 'Pending' so that my clients can pay me?

    The card must have misplaced. Anyway you should give it 25 days to 30 days to receive the card. It sometimes gets delayed in the courier services.

    If you used the normal mail method, the card will arrive in 28 days or 34 days, it takes a lot of normal mail, now if it is DHL or FedEx, you should contact the service staff, now when the account, you will be released for global payment of customers only when you receive $ 5000, that is, if you move up to $ 5000 you will be abiliutado for this service. while not, you can only find payment from companies that pay via Payoneer, SEPA transfers in Euro, or friends or companies that have Payoneer accounts.
