My Pioneer Account still showing Pending

I am new to Payoneer and to this community forum too. On 14th December I received an email that Payoneer had approved my account and I can start receiving funds to my account and that Payoneer Card will be sent within 15 days. To this day, the card has not arrived. My account is still showing pending to my clients who want to transfer funds to it. I have tried the Support Centre but the support system is not helpful. What should I do to get my account out of 'Pending' so that my clients can pay me?
