Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account.

I'm trying to add a new funding source to my Payoneer account with Bugcrowd, when I choose Payoneer as my payout option.
I get directed to a page where I'm supposed to register a Payoneer account, I then click on the 'Already have a Payoneer account? Click here!' button when I try to log in I get this error message from Payoneer:
"Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account. Please submit a new application, using an alternate email address."
Thanks for trying to help me, cheers.

Hi @gugi , when adding a new funding source to your account, this message usually indicates that they are not compatible to be added to existing accounts.
In cases like this you can use the instructions on bugcrowd to create a new Payoneer account , and register with a different email address.
After doing this, once that new account is approved contact our support team to request that we merge the two accounts into one. This will let us combine your new account with the existing account, leaving one remaining account with all of your funding sources.

Hello @EdwinPayoneer ,
I did create a new Payoneer account with a different email as instructed, and I contacted the support also and got this answer:
"Thank you for contacting us.
Please kindly note that unfortunately due to the programs we can't merge both of your accounts.
You can use two separated account to receive funds from Bugcrowd.
We appreciate your cooperation in this case, feel free to contact us back if you have any additional questions."0 -

It sounds like one of your accounts has a program that is not compatible with the other. This means that you would need to maintain the accounts separately in order to receive your payments. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
