Very disappointed! Why I haven't received my money transfer sent via the withdrawal service?

On January 22, 2019 I made a withdrawal to my local bank (Bank Mandiri) and until now I have not received it in my account. I was in trouble because I had to use this money to pay for my needs to live! Why can using Payoneer be this long? without clarity or additional information about the flow of my money !!
Honestly, For me, better Payoneer service, and this might be a consideration for other consumers to move from Payoneer to another.
When can I get my money? !! sorry if I seem angry, because I really need the money.

Hi there @HolmsXDjdrestha . I am sorry to hear that you have not received your bank withdrawal. Normally it takes a total of 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited into your bank account. Today would be the 5th business day since the transfer was processed,so its possible that it is added today.
If it is not, you should contact our customer care team directly to request a transfer confirmation. This is a document you can provide to your bank to investigate the payment. I am sorry that your bank transfer was delayed. Please note, that Payoneer has no access to the transferred funds once those were sent out to the bank.
Please contact Customer Support for further asisstance in this regard. They will be able to pass your case on to the relevant department, which will investigate why the payment is delayed.
