Payoneer Card Blocked-unauthorized charge

Good day,
This morning I have been shocked to receive the following mail from Payoneer:
"We are sorry to inform you that your Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® was charged by AlTayyar Travel Group on Jan 26 2019 7:56PM without your permission.
In order to keep your funds secure, we have disabled your card.
To receive a new card, please reply to this email and request to have a new card shipped to you.
We ask that you please review all of the other transactions made from your card to make sure they were made with your permission. To see the transactions on your card, please log in to Payoneer.
We apologize for the inconvenience"
No need to say, I have never had anything to do with the said merchant, and I have never had any problems with Payoneer so far. Furthermore, when I check my transactions I can see one unauthorised transaction, but from another merchant!
What is this? And what is the solution?
