I am an Indian resident with three words in my name as mentioned in my PAN card, e.g "ABCD EFGH IJKL". But in the sign up where it says "Name of PAN", I am only able to put my first and middle names (ABCD & EFGH), and not the surname/lastname (IJKL), becuase it shows an error message saying "Please fill in valid format". What should I do?

Hello, @shbhassan and thank you for choosing Payoneer!

Please write your first name and last name only. It is completely fine to skip the middle name in this case.

Let us know if you will have any additional questions arising

@Aleksandra_Payoneer , I filled in the details before I saw your response. I combined the middle and the last names, so I put my PAN card name as "ABCD EFGHIJKL". WIll that be fine? If not, then what should i do it get it corrected?

    Hi there @shbhassan

I have just checked this with the specific department which is in charge of Account Approval process. As long as details completely match your ID that is fine too.

In case if you just want to make your account details look more organized and remove middle name, you can always contact our Customer Support department and provide a copy of your ID. They will then pass it on to the relevant department, which will update the name. But honestly, if you do not mind having the middle name combined with the last name, there is absolutely no need to make any changes :)
