hi i send the following message more than 3 times , i did not get any solution for my problem , so please help me to solve it

when i trying to do link i get always refusal message i attach it to

this message , i have more and big money transactions wants to

transfer from paypal to payoneer because of fast growing of my

business , so i am asking you kindly to add a new account data to my

currently account in payoneer "Adding community federal savings bank

account" so that i can make all my big transactions from paypal to

payoneer as fast as possible.
