What happened to my account?

Hello! I received a mail from Payoneer last night about suspicious logins and they have reset the password of my Payoneer account, after that when I tried to open my account it is saying "locked, try again after 30 minutes" I tried to log in after 30 min and faced the problem then they told me to change the password, I did it but still it is giving me the same error, I sent them an email, and they replied me with a Reference Number: 190201-025823, but I can't see my request with login, I wanna know "how to resolve this issue because most of my payment are pending and I need my account to send more fund's request, I need my account asap, please someone help me

Hi @ucufkhan123 . Today we were experiencing some issues with the password reset feature of our page. Those issues have since been resolved so you should now be able to reset your password with Email or SMS.
