What happened to my account?

Hello! I received a mail from Payoneer last night about suspicious logins and they have reset the password of my Payoneer account, after that when I tried to open my account it is saying "locked, try again after 30 minutes" I tried to log in after 30 min and faced the problem then they told me to change the password, I did it but still it is giving me the same error, I sent them an email, and they replied me with a Reference Number: 190201-025823, but I can't see my request with login, I wanna know "how to resolve this issue because most of my payment are pending and I need my account to send more fund's request, I need my account asap, please someone help me
