Can't renew my card!

I am trying to renew my card but I am not finding an option to renew it and to pay the renewal fees.

whenever I go to my card's section I see a message "Your card is blocked!"

What's wrong? I tried to contact the support through chat and it never works, and sent a support ticket since around 2 weeks and still no response.

Anyone can help me?

    Most likely the card is expired. In such case it has to be handled through Customer Support. I am sorry that you did not get a response promptly. It might be that you received an auto reply. In such case you would need to respond to that email, for your inquiry to get to the Customer Support representative.

    Alternatively, please contact the Customer Support through the phone.
