    For security purposes, we cannot handle account specific inquiries through the forum. It is mostly for general questions about the service. As you need to have your name updated, you will have to contact Customer Care department through phone or chat.

    Alternatively, we can ask the Account Approval department to resend the email again.

    You need to make sure that your account name will match your governmental issued ID to maintain full functionality of your account and to get a Payoneer MasterCard. Please respond to the email from Account Approval department in order to proceed

    You need to reply to the email that was sent to you by Account Approval department yesterday.
    If for some reason you cannot respond or locate that email, please contact Customer Support through phone or chat

    Hi,
    I am facing same problem with my prepaid master card. I have submitted my National ID online copy in 5th October. But I didn't get any mail from payoneer yet. If there is any issue please let me know or withdraw my application so I can apply with my passport. my user name is ([email protected]).

    Please note that you can also submit and verify if any additional information is necessary for approval from your online account; from the menu "settings" choose "verify information".
