How long does it take to confirm my withdraw request?

No email has been sent after I Request my withdrawal to bank.

    Our records show that you initiated a withdrawal yesterday, Sunday, 02/03/2018. The bank transfers are not processed during the weekend as the banks are closed. Here is why you did not get a confirmation on Sunday. The withdrawal was processed today and the funds were already sent to your local bank. I can see that the confirmation was successfully sent to you already.

    The bank transfer takes from 3 to 5 business days to reach your bank account, just as any regular bank transfer. You should expect your funds to be loaded from Wednesday to Friday.
