Global payment service disabled

Hi there,
Global payment service was disabled. Not sure if this was due to incorrect info accidentally being selected and uploaded via mobile during the verification.
I tried emailing customer care resubmitting all the request documents but all I'm getting now are auto replies.
how we can reactivate it

    It is really complicated to answer this question without seeing the account. Normally, in case if the service was disabled it will not be enabled again. However, it is better to check this. You will have to contact Customer Support in order to check your specific case.

    i tried but it seems they have disabled the support options as well
    i emailed them but they didn't reply
    live chat doesn't work anymore
