Order a Prepaid Card with a chip? Is possible?

Hello i need a little help with the prepaid card.

I am a freelance professional and i want to send funds from Upwork yo the payoneer platform, i have very interest in order a prepaid master card with the express delivery, but i like to know if i can order the card with a Chip, because in my country it is not usually used the cards with magnetic band.

I would not like to pay the $ 40 for the express delivery and then not be able to use the card in my country

very grateful if you can help me with this.

All cards that are currently issued are issued with a chip. If you currently own a card that has the magnetic stripe only, we can easily order you a new card that will have the chip.

"We see that a card has not yet been issued for your account". can you help me with this
