Add Additional Currency

In my Payoneer Account only GBP and EUR currency shown. I want to Add USD Currency to my Payoneer account. kindly guide me how the USD currency added in my account.

Hi @waqasnust16! In cases where an account has a GBP or EUR balance, but no USD balance, it means that there is a USD card present on the account. The USD card replaces a USD balance, meaning that all funds on USD would be dependent on the card's status.

I already Update my profile with Address, Postal Code, and My Government Document also approved, so why Payoneer ask again for address, government document etc?0

The address you originally provided was not approved- we require a full residential address to proceed

The address that Morga's talking about has to be a specific address. The format that our team likes describes the house number or color, street name, city name, country and zip. This is different from a shipping address; our team requires the exact location of where your house is.

Hi there - sadly, the withdrawal limit to withdraw USD in your country is $300. This cannot be lowered. If you need a lower limit, please add a bank account that accepts your local currency. This would lower your limit by $200.

You would then have to ask our support center to have your account expanded to have the USD balance, so the payment can process and reflect to a USD balance, since you do not have the card anymore. You will need to contact our support center directly:
