Hi @waqasnust16! In cases where an account has a GBP or EUR balance, but no USD balance, it means that there is a USD card present on the account. The USD card replaces a USD balance, meaning that all funds on USD would be dependent on the card's status.

The address that Morga's talking about has to be a specific address. The format that our team likes describes the house number or color, street name, city name, country and zip. This is different from a shipping address; our team requires the exact location of where your house is.

Hi there - sadly, the withdrawal limit to withdraw USD in your country is $300. This cannot be lowered. If you need a lower limit, please add a bank account that accepts your local currency. This would lower your limit by $200.
