Card never received and expired.

I have never received my card and now it has expired. I do not see the "Card management" in the settings so I cannot re-order a new card. Can I order a new card without needing to open a new account?

    There is no need to open a new account to get a new card. Because the card is already expired, you need to directly contact the customer care to request a new one.

    If you do not have funds on your current account and you are planning to start receiving payments, we recommend you to close that account and apply for the new one. The new Payoneer account is a currency balance account which allows you to receive payments in USD, EUR, GBP. The default option on this account to access the funds you have received is to directly transfer them to your bank account. There is basically no need to wait for the card to arrive, however, if you do need a card to access your earnings with, the option to order it becomes available once you start receiving payments.
