not recognize ABA code

Hello,
I sent the ABA code to receive a payment and they said that their system do not recognize that aba code. They told me that they need a wire trasnfer ABA code. Any idea of ​​what may be happening?

    Please note that Payoneer does not work with wire transfers at the moment. The virtual account details we provide are intended to be used to receive regular local bank transfer (ACH). Any wire payments will not reach our processor.

    Please advise the payer to use ACH transfer type to send funds using the ABA code provided and it should be fine.
