Payment marked as 'Canceled' - Refund?!

My payment has been marked as cancelled 2 days ago and I still have not been refunded from it, what's up with this?!

    The refund time depends on the payment type, however even the fastest cases take a few business days. Please contact Customer Support for them to be able to locate your account and advise you in the regards to this specific payment.
