Cannot confirm payment

Hi All

I was transferring money from my Upwork account to my Payoneer account. I got the confirmation email and when I hit "confirm" button I get redirected to Payoneer homepage. I tried different browsers, I tried it on my phone, I cleared cache, restarted computer, but all in vain, the confirmation page will not open.

Anybody had the same issue? What should I do? :s

    I've got exactly the same problem with my payment from UpWork. I clicked on the link in the confirmation email, I tried to confirm the payment via Transactions in my Account, the result is the same, I am redirected to Payoneer homepage.

    Please help!

    Same problem happened to me. Confirmation email is not working. when click it directly go to the Payoneer home page. Please fix this. :)

    Got another confirmation email for the same payment from UW, the link still isn't working.

    Payoneer, what's going on? Please fix this or give some instructions on what we should do!

    According to UW live chat, it's some kind of internal tech problem and it will be fixed in a few hours.

    I talked to them and they're saying that they are working on it and it should be fixed soon. Let's hope that's true.
