Transaction cancelled, why my money still on hold

It's been already ten days since my transactions were cancelled by the online store but still appears as future transactions in payoneer, my money still on hold and I can't use it.

    Hi there @WillianMarcs. It sounds like the funds you used for the attempted transactions are on hold. This hold is called a pre-authorization. A pre-authorization is a common occurrence with card transactions. Merchants will put the funds required for a purchase into a pending transaction. They do this to verify that there are adequate funds to make the transaction in question. Unfortunately, whether or not the transaction is approved the hold remains until it expires.

    Expiration times for a transaction like this are usually 7-10 business days, so they should be released to your account soon (Keep in mind, Weekend days or holidays do not count towards this time).
