How to associate payoneer account with a mass payout company.

liuzhipengliuzhipeng Member Posts: 4
I am based in china and I am to receive salary from overseas company using payoneer's mass payout solution.
I received a link from my boss to associate my personal payoneer account with the company account.

But I could do nothing with it.
The link just took me to a page asking sign in and did nothing after I signed in.
(My account has already passed review process and approved local bank account has already been connected)

I sent a message regarding this problem to payoneer support 6 days ago but still I have not received any response.

This is my first time to use payoneer and I am really disappointed.
Please help me if you have any idea or experienced same problem.
Thank you.

Hello, @liuzhipeng. Sorry to hear about your issues with adding a mass payout company to your account. If the company you are working with is, in fact a mass payout company with us, you would be able to add them on your own without a link from your boss.

If so, Payoneer would appear as a payment method. When you find Payoneer as a payment method, click to add it. Then, please choose "already have an account?" option to add the mass payout company to your current account, and if not, it would create a new Payoneer account.

If you still have issues please send a personal message so I can assist.

Hi @KazPayoneer thanks for your answer.
Could you let me know more details about how to add the mass payout company on my own without the link from my boss? The company is a real mass payout company and employees from other countries have been paid already.

I think I've sent you a direct message, could you please check out?
