Payoneer Payment Received?

I got an email notification from Payoneer that the payment from my employer has arrived in my payoneer account.

I click into my payoneer account and the payment is not there.

Does anyone know if there is a normal delay in the time between automatic notifcation of payment sent
and the amount actually appearing on the account?

    Hi @NiallDooley Once a payment is approved, it can take up to 2 hours for the payment to be loaded to your balance and if this payment was made via credit card, it can take up to 2 business days.

    In case it takes more that two hours, it probably means that some information is missing for verification. You may need to contact the customer care in order for a representative to verify your information and let you know what exactly is needed. You can also check that from your online account, from the menu "settings" choose "verified information" and provide the requested information.
