Hi all

What bank I should write when create new Bank account?
Citibank N.A doesn't exist in list of banks, but Citigroup exist.
Citibank N.A the same Citigroup or not? If not, should I select Others and write Citibank N.A by hand?

I've tried use "Citigroup", money returned with message Citigroup doesnt' know such account
I've tried write "Citibank N.A", money returned with message routing number (ABA) incorrect.

I would transfer there:
Bank name: Citibank N.A. 399 Park Avenue New York 10022 USA
Routing Number: 021000089
SWIFT/BIC: CITIUS33XXX
Name and address account: Interactive Brokers LLC One Pickwick Plaza Greenwich, Connecticut 06830 USA
Account: XXXXXXXX

What I should to do for it?

    Hi, @Sintetik.

It is fine to select Citigroup but to be 100% safe, I would suggest to manually write Citibank NA which is the name of the actual bank. Citibank is a part of Citigroup, but when adding bank details you should always use the details exactly how they'd appear on an official bank document.

    Thanks!

This error should only come from an error in one of the account numbers used. If you find that you are having some trouble adding the bank you can always contact our customer care team with a copy of your Bank statement or Voided bank check. They can assist in adding the bank account manually. To send an email, click here.
