Hi there

Im due to recieve a payment from someone who uses this platform. Im being asked tovpay 190 in fees in order to recieve payment. . I paid fees previously but never recieved money so no idea if genuine or why i didnt recieve funds

    Hi there, I've looked into your account but could not see any attempt was made by another Payoneer user to send you a payment. If they use the "make a payment" feature (also known to some users as Payoneer to Payoneer) there are no fees associated there so I'm not sure who is asking you for a fee.'

    Additionally, I see your account was not approved yet so it would not be possible to receive a payment at this time until the approval comes. I saw we sent you an e-mail today about this issue, in particular, asking you to add a physical bank account (transferwire bank accounts cannot be used to open accounts).

    Please reply to the e-mail as soon as possible so your account can be approved for payment. As always, I'm here if you need additional assistance.
