Why my USD Balance is currently being reviewed ? 7 days passed no mail from payonner

Hello Sir,

I'm Sudipta Roy, I'm from Bangladesh.I opened my Payonner account last week on Thursday 7th February 2019. Then i have connected my payonner account to my Fiverr account for receiving payments from Fiverr through Payonner in my Local Bank Account. I have read all the questions and answers from the Payonner forum even for Bangladesh, and what i knew that it takes several business days to approved the application. But 7 days has passed and till now i'm watching the message in my account "Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days". I also read in forum that sometimes for missing of some information's it won't get approved and then in the payonner account from settings to verified information i can get the message from payonner to submit my required information for which it has not been approved till now, but i have aslo checked there but there is nothing till now that has been requested from payonner to submit. In this situation i'm very tensed what to do and how to receive my payments from my fiverr market place to payonner then to my local bank account. i should add that i have added the local bank account but the bank information is still under review. I really don't know what to do in this situation and please help me .

    I am sorry for any confusion caused. Our records show that your application is still under review as we are still waiting for a copy of your document to be submitted.

    To submit a required document, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    2. Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    3. Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    4. Upload the required document
    5. Click "Submit"

    Please contact Customer Support once you will upload the document, as once this document will be submitted, the relevant department will continue the review of your application

    Hello sir,

    Many thanks for the information but i'm sorry to say that according to your information i have checked right now and i'm also checking from the 9th day but still now from the settings to verified information option there it is still showing "No Open Requirements". And sir in every 30 minutes i'm trying to check this option so that i can submit my required documents what payonner has already requested me to submit. please do something sir it's very urgent and a lot of my payment is getting delayed because of this, if possible can you please do something so that i can have the requirements request in that verified information section which is still empty and can submit them to complete the approval?? Please help me

    sir i have send the required documents requested me to submit and the smart national identity card info is already showing approved but the held ID photo info is still showing submitted not showing approved, how long it would take to get approved or is there anything else that i have to do more to get approved or identify myself as the owner of the account and the ID card?? please i need it urgently so try to understand and help me as soon as possible sir.

    Also i have sent the document of holding ID and today's date writing in a piece of paper both in my required document in my account and in the reply of the message from customer care mail. i can't make you understand how much urgently i need this sir. please help me if possible .

    hello sir, i need a little more help please, Payoneer has approved all my information but when i created the account at 1st and then connected my account to my fiverr account and for bank transfer i clicked on the bank transfer option on fiverr they should send me a mail for payment confirmation as i applied to receive payment for 92.80 usd on that time. now i have more than 92.80 usd available for withdrawal so should i need to click on the bank transfer option again for this or they will send me a mail for that 92.80 usd withdrawal confirmation??? should i wait some more time for that confirmation mail for 92.80 usd i applied 1st time or no need to wait i can now click bank transfer on fiver again for my available balance to withdraw??

    i am getting this error in my acccount. i have submitted all the documents. why is it so hassle to make payoneer account. please increase the fee if there is any shorts of problem in payoneer.

    my last 2 accounts were told to be ready to receive money by payoneer but when i tried to receive money through they caused problems and the transfer didn't happen.

    @aryal We can see that you only applied on 10/16 which is 2 days ago. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to review the information you submitted and update you via email

    7 days passed no mail from payonner. Please help me to verify my Payoneer account. I already submitted my national ID card to verify my Payoneer account but I did not receive a reply in the mail. I need to know if my account has been verified . Please help me get out of this problem.
