Honestly payoneer I'm not happy it been 16 days I made a transfer into my country account I haven't receive payment yet why all this problem?

    As you confirmed that the bank account details are correct, we forwarded this matter to the Bank Transfer department for further investigation.

    Same issue! Now 20 Days almost passed. But my 1st Feb 2019 Transaction amount not received to my bank account. Sorry! But really Now I'm very disappointed with this kind of slow process. Even I have already sent the bank statement to Payoneer support. But still, payment not received yet. And I'm fully sure this transaction is got failed by your side. (I needed this amount urgently.)

    UPDATE: Money received today on 20 Feb 2019. Thank you but please improve your bank process service. This was my 1st Feb payment that was failed to send in my local bank from your side.

    Ya han pasado tres meses y aun no he recibido mi dinero . Envié un correo electrónico al soporte de payoneer y no hay ninguna respuesta por parte de ellos. La persona del chat en vivo me dijo que esperara a que alguien me enviara un correo electrónico, pero una vez más, nadie de payoneer me ha contactado. ¿Qué debo hacer en esta situación cuando, literalmente, nadie de payoneer se está contactando para ayudarme?

    Tengo desde el año pasado tratando de recuperar mi dinero supuestamente hicieron la transferencia pero cuando voy al banco no hay nada, y nadie sabe explicarme que paso con mi dinero.

    Hi @zadiqous, I'm sorry for the frustration.

    The MT103 is itself a confirmation that funds have been sent, and it contains a reference number that allows a bank to track the payment down. I would recommend to reach out to your bank with the reference number to trace where your funds are.

    If the reference number on that MT103 is unhelpful for your bank, please reply to that e-mail directly to tell the bank transfer department that the MT103 was not helpful. This document is usually helpful in 95% of these cases.
