How to add new funding source?

My friend had added a new funding source to his payoneer account a few days ago.
Now I will be handling the payments. We want to remove the funding source from his account and add it to my Payoneer account.
How can I do that?

    I tried to reach out to the customer support through live chat. But every time it shows canceled request.

    I worked for APPEN connect and I want to add funding source but Appen team said they want registration token that is given by payoneer but payoneer team have not responding to my mails. What can I do

    I get error as advelli. I contact support two week, and not get any answer. I send many mail, and now I still not get any answer from them.
