Impossible to talk with support to delete my bank account...

I get money from the Hotmart commissions through the payoneer.
However, the associated bank is no longer active. I added a new bank to receive the money.
But I can not delete the old bank account (it does not exist anymore).
I try to talk to the phone support (I waited 1 hour on an international call and I was not answered) and tried to send an email (but the payoneer support system only sends us unnecessary automatic messages ...)
I need to confirm with Payoneer that they will send the money to the account correctly, since their system does not give us the ability to change which account will receive the money.
Formerly I was able to solve my problems by CHAT (even waiting 2 hours to be attended), but you disabled ....
What i want:
- Delete BPI bank account
- Set NOVO BANCO bank account default to received money from hotmart.
