Why too many delays on payment approval?

How long it will take? With PayPal it approve instantly. First time that such long delay happened and it was not sent during weekends.

There is usually a review time of 1-3 business days for payments sent via credit cards. In general, we recommend our customers to keep track of the emails sent from our support, because our payment approval department may ask for details to verify that the sources of the payment complies with our terms and conditions.
Please also keep in mind that some payments are loaded faster than others and that your client can contact the support our customer care if necessary via chat or email by clicking on the following link by phone at 1-646-658-3695 or by sending a private message via Facebook or Twitter

Hi,
I sent him a payment using the pay function that transfer from my payoneer to his payoneer account directly, not used the card.
So, does it takes 1-3 business days?
Because I sent to another freelancers and take 10 min maximum. I contacted Payoneer on support but still not received the response there.

When you send payments through the "Pay" button, which is the "Make a Payment" feature, this process would typically take within two hours to complete. However, with all payments, payments are subject to review by our payments department so if you were seeing that payments were taking longer, it is possible that there was a review taking place.

And how long more it will take? Passed 24 hours already. If not be possible to approve it soon I can pay him through PayPal.

I would recommend reaching out to our customer care department to see what the cause of the delay is and what needs to be done to have the payment approved. They can also assist with cancellation of the payment if the process is too long.

Hi,
I contacted there and no response till now.
Also on my transfers list shows the value and is “completed” but not received the Payoneer email regarding the approval as I always receive.
How can I know if he received or not?
