Hola ,estoy esperando que me aprueben una cuenta y ya dice que accion requerida que revise mi correo para informacion adicional. Pero aun no me a llegado el correo

    My problem is the following: When in “Security details” in the last “case or box”, Payoneer asks one to fill it in with an optional id. I choose my national id, but after I put my “valid” cédula # which is my national id, Payoneer automatically “redlines the box” and says: “write a valid id”, and my national id. “is” valid, and that is the only id. I count on now, so, what I´m I supposed to do?

    Today Payoneer sends me an email (I suppose it´s automatic) to finish signing up or applying for a card. But now, from the beginning it starts saying "fill in a valid address", and the address I fill in the box with "is valid"..., what do you consider an invalid address?

    I do not know what to do with all these rejection messages, and the worst is that there is no way to contact Payoneer without already having an account with them.

    Hi @Myriam,

    When entering the address, please use latin characters without any accent marks or symbols. There is also a 40-character limit when you enter these details.
