Why does it say that my ATM has put a temporary hold on a transaction which is already completed?

Hi there @shaguftamizan
This is the status every transaction goes through before being settled (completed). It is absolutely normal. Every time when you make a transaction in point of sale or ATM and we approve the transaction, the hold is being placed on the amount of the purchase (or withdrawal). These funds are still on the card but you have no access to those already. The merchant (an ATM in this case) will settle the transaction later and the transaction will move from upcoming transactions to transactions history. The time when this will happen depends on the merchant. It can take a few seconds or up to a week, however most of the merchants settle the transactions during the first few days.
Please let us know in case if you will have additional questions.
Thank you
