Global payment service is disables

Hi,

I am taking payments through paypal and withdraw them to my payoneer account.For my last transaction ,payoneer send me an email asking additional information.But as i am abroad i had not checked my emails for 5 days so i didnt see that email.and then they send me a second email which says my "global payment service" is disabled.I believe this is not fair.
I just want it to be active again as i have been using this service for a long time without any problem.
Please advise.

    I am sorry for any confusion caused to you. I understand that you had limited access to your email, this happens. As a regulated financial service, we are obligated to follow the procedures. Right now we simply need you to provide the required information to our Financial Department and they will be able to re-enable the service in case if everything will be correct.

    Our records show that you already communicated with Customer Support today. They advised you correctly. Please respond to the email that was initially sent to you by Financial Department and provide the requested information. They will review it and update you via email. The review normally takes up to 3 business days.

    We will appreciate your understanding in this regard
