Blocked card in account

Hello, I received a message that I have to order another card. I ordered it, it was sent to me. But right after that the message came that it is necessary to provide the document confirming the specified address. I sent such a document. But they blocked all my cards, both old and new. Now I can't get through to security. They do not answer me for more than 5 days, and I can not use the earned money. I can't just waiting. What can I do?
