ATM didn't dispense cash. Payoneer didn't met it's deadlines. What to expect?

I had a similar problem the 24th december when an atm didint dispense my cash, I'm on dispute since then and they told me the 2nd of march I would have my money back, but I DIDN'T!. Seems like payoneer just love to waste their clients time, they say to me to wait more when they told me March 2nd was the deadline. And the aweful people on the customer service chat is just rude and not helpful at all. All they say is that it is not over. Well, why did you said the 2nd of march and then dont fulfill that date!

Really horrible experience, maybe the worst I have had with any bank.

    We're sorry about this instance. It seems that an agent mistakenly advised you on the 23rd of January that the process takes 50 days to complete - it actually takes 90 days and this is where the frustration seems to lie. We're very sorry about this mishap, but it is 90 days, and not 50. It was a complete mistake.

    In your case, the dispute is decided upon on March 27th, which will be 90 days after the dispute was filed.
