pending payments because of address update problem

Hi my payments are in pending mode and I keep getting an email saying I need to update my address information the problem is I have updated my address 3 times in the past 2 days and it still keeps asking me to update the address in the Verified Information section, what is going on can someone please help me solve this problem.

    It sounds like the address you are using is not complete and this might be the reason why it keeps getting declined. Have you contacted the support to ask for assistance?
