I have submitted Application for my prepaid mastercard but didn't hear from payoneer yet

Hi,
I have submitted my National ID online copy in October 5 2018 for my Payoneer Prepaid Mster Card. But I didn't get any message or mail from Payoneer. The Application is in under review for last 5 months. My User Mail is ([email protected]). If there is any issue with my application please help me to fix it or withdraw my application so I can apply with my passport again. As i am a freelancer I need the master card.

    Dear Payoneer Team,
    I have submitted my National ID card copy on 12 February 2019 for my Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard as a document. But it didn't accepted from Payoneer. My application didn't get approval still now. What can I do now? I needed a lot the Master card. Please help me.

    It might be that the quality of the document was insufficient for the review. Unfortunately, we could not locate your Payoneer account using the email you have on this forum, therefore we cannot advise what was the exact reason. We suggest you to contact the Customer Support department in order to check this. For immediate assistance we recommend you to reach them through phone or live chat.

    @tanmoyhasan I am also facing same problem. But yesterday I have talked in support in live chat and He said online copy is not supported only NID, Passport or Driving liscence is supported So please follow this process.

    I contact the customer support department and they told me that submit my photo ID+NID with my face & dates. I have submitted two days ago but still, now I didn't get any email from Payoneer.
    Please, can you help me? My passport is processing, but now I need a MasterCard urgently.
    Many of my client waiting send the fund into my MasterCard. Thank You!
