Good afternoon, thanks for your atention. Sorry for the inconvenience. My problem it's that i haven't enter a balance in my Payoneer account yet, since my registration, in the 2017 year, because in my country, i have a lot of limitations for use my Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard (i live in Venezuela). My Prepaid Mastercard is active on my Payoneer account. I'm currently thinking on enter founds on my Payoneer account for activate my prepaid mastercard. My question is: Do i have to pay the maintenance for the card of the last 2 years? Or i only will pay the maintenance after to enter founds? In others words, i have to pay only the maintenance for this year (2019) or for every year since 2017? I want to do this, because i will to move another country, there are not limitations to use Payoneer. Thank you very much again.

    Hi @sixmon55,

You would owe the annual fee for every year that it was not paid for your account. The fee is not taken out unless you have a sufficient balance to cover the fees.

    Thanks!
