I have already apply for payonner credit card but still not received
2ndly:. I have give email address during sign up but I forget my password.

    Hello, @behramkhl562

    I am sorry for any confusion. The card is optional for the account type that you have and its not ordered automatically during the registration. Our service allows you to receive payments and withdraw your earning without having a card.

    In case if you still prefer to have a card, you first need to receive a total of $30 in payments to your account. Once you have received that amount, the option to order a card will be enabled on your account automatically

    Please note that payments received from other users through 'Make a Payment' service or payments from eWallets, such as PayPal, will not count towards the threshold for card request
