Need an official account statement

Hello,
Amazon has locked my account after I made a purchase using Payoneer due to "suspicious activity" and to protect my funds.
They're now requesting from me an official card or bank statement, and the statement I can get from the page isn't being approved.
Could you provide me with an official card or bank statement I can send to Amazon to unlock my account?

I am sorry to heat that. Most likely you downloaded your transactions statement, that is not the one Amazon is requesting for. You can easily download an official statement for Amazon from your online Payoneer account using "Store Manager". To do so, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Payoneer online account.
- From the main menu, go to Activity and choose "Store Manager".
- Inside Store Manager, choose the Amazon store* that's connected with the Global Payment Service account you need a statement for. *In case you didn't add the Amazon store to Store Manager yet, you can do it by clicking on "Add New".
You can skip the MWS details and enter those later - Inside the relevant store, choose "Bank Statement" and select "Download Statement".
