I need one more chance, Please! Need Help!

Hi Payoneer,
I am a Payoneer customer since 2014. I need one more chance! o:)
My Problem:
A few days ago I tried to attach my local bank account to my Payoneer account. After two days, I got an email from Payoneer "We regret to inform you that you can no longer receive payments to your Payoneer account, due to a violation of Payoneer’s Terms & Conditions."
I have never tried to break the "Payoneer’s Terms & Conditions", and my Payoneer card was blocked and Thanks a million to Payoneer for allowing me to withdraw my funds. And Big thanks to @KazPayoneer who informed me for my Card is unblocked for immediate use only.
My first and last Mistake in the past 4 years:
Well, I think my mistake was adding the same Bank account twice with the Asian date of birth format to my Payoneer account on Feb 26, 2019, 09:36 AM.
Need Help:
I've contacted Customer support like 2, 3 times, but didn't get any response. And my request shows as resolved automatically.
Please give me at least one more chance. I promise, that I won't add my Bank account again to my Payoneer account. I am happy with the ATM withdraw charges.
I am looking forward for your kind response.
